This advanced pistol course provides students with the knowledge and techniques necessary to react appropriately and defend themselves (and others) against assailants who present an imminent threat of great bodily injury, harm or death.
Survival from a violent encounter requires a plan of action and being prepared to immediately implement that plan if ever confronted by an assailant. Most of the deadly force encounters last only a few seconds and occur within close (contact) distances of 7 feet.
This is an advanced skill-level course requiring either: Intro to Tactical Pistol, or current CCW permit holder, or other Instructor agreed upon skill level to attend. Students need to be able to demonstrate proficiency in weapon handling, working from concealment, and utilize single hand shooting techniques.
Students failing to meet and maintain safety requirements and/or who cannot meet and immediately demonstrate the minimum skills required for this course may be removed from training. Please ensure you have read through the class description and fully understand our prerequisites before registering.
